I built JMDII to be what I wish I had coming up — A complete system of real answers, real resources.
If anything I’ve experienced can help a young athlete avoid a pitfall, recover faster, train smarter, develop a champion’s mindset, or reach the next level — I want to share it.
I’ve been the underdog. The injured. The doubted. & Now this game allows me to live across the world in multiple countries for free, getting paid to play the game.
This isn’t just about training. It’s about legacy, future, experience and life. Discipline and proper focus can bring you amazing places, and I build this platform to help you bring these opportunities to yourselves as well.
I created JMDII with everything I wish I had as a young athlete—that could have helped me reach a certain level faster. JMDII Elite Performance Academy’s Private Member’s Arena is constantly being updated with new resources to aid in your journey so I’d advise anyone who feels they would benefit from what we offer to join and we’ll take care of you and help you get to where you want to go.

I’m Jason Diaz Jr. — founder of JMDII Elite Performance Academy, Fresno State alum, and current international professional football player. I created JMDII because I lived what most athletes are silently battling:
Working hard but still getting overlooked. Training for hours but not getting better. Following and “trusting the process” — but the process was broken.
That stops here.
JMDII exists because the system that’s supposed to build athletes is broken. Most players are given cookie-cutter workouts, regurgitated information from people that have never lived or applied it themselves, generic recovery advice, and no real guidance. They’re left frustrated, doubting themselves, and feeling like maybe they just weren’t good enough.
But it’s not your fault. You’ve just never been given the blueprint.
