Exercise List:
- “Single Foot In” (Complete on Both Sides)
- Icky Shuffle (2 foot in-1 foot out)
- Straddle Hops (2 foot in-2 foot out)
- Straddle Shuffle (2 foot in-2 foot out)
- Outside Foot Across & In (Complete on Both Sides)
- Outside Foot Across & In “Shuffle”
- Back Foot Across & In (Complete on Both Sides)
- Back Foot Across & In “Shuffle”
- Lateral Front Foot Lead (Complete on Both Sides)
- *Complete each drill 1x backwards once you have mastered completing them forward
Key Note:
This Ladder Sequence is not initially about speed. It is about being able to efficiently control your body through the movements while under proper balance and control. Once you are smooth, throughout the movements, then pick up speed.
